Combines Comfy Boarding and Training
Your dog stays with us for 20 days, enjoying the excellent care we are famous for, while your trainer, a professional level member of the Association of Professional Dog Trainers, works with him using modern, gentle and effective training methods.
The trainer will teach your dog all the basic skills: Loose leash walking, Sit and Down on word and signal, Sit-Stay, Down Stay, Come when Called, and Leave It, working with your dog in a variety of environments, to proof the behaviors against distraction.
When it is time for your dog to go home, you will meet with your trainer, so he or she can demonstrate the skills your dog has learned, and coach you as you take over the reins. You will also go home with a training handbook and DVD of the skills and tools necessary to maintain the training – courtesy of The Animal Keeper Academy.
Offered only after the completion of a 10, 15, or 20 Day School package or with the full purchase of classroom training.

I have to tell you that Edgar did an amazing job with Lily and I am very happy with her results. I believe that Edgar was able to give my little baby Lily freedom for the rest of her life that would have been very hard to provide to her without his loving coaching.
Thank you from our entire family.
– Jessica
Our recent newly adopted dog, Mishka, needed to become more comfortable with other dogs. We took her for training with Justin and he did an excellent job with her. She really looked forward to her training sessions and play times in the yard. By the end of training, not only did she love Justin, but she became very comfortable with the other dogs during play time. Justin did a great job in training us in how to manage her while meeting other dogs. I highly recommend Justin and Animal Keeper.
