Dear Pet Suites,

It was important to me to take the time to write an email about Pet Suites – Aliso Viejo.  My puppy Braxton goes there quite frequently.  I can honestly say that your staff at this location is AMAZING!!  It’s not just a couple of people it is the ENTIRE STAFF that is wonderful to the pets as well as the pet parents.

My dog looks forward to going there every time.  He starts wagging his tail as soon as we hit the parking lot.  It is clear that he is loved on and well taken care of.  The customer service there is also AMAZING…and the center is so CLEAN!!  Everyone is on top of their job and so friendly and patient.  Pet Suites – Aliso Viejo also offers convenience for the pet parents as you have a groomer, day care, boarding and even a little pet retail area.

I have had 2 other dogs over the years and I have dealt with quite a number of pet care centers.  I can say with all honesty that Pet Suites – Aliso Viejo is truly the BEST pet care center I have come across 😃!

I’ve wanted to send something to you for a while now.  I am so happy that Pet Suites is available to my puppy Braxton and I.  It makes me relieved to know he is in good hands every time I drive away.

Keep up the GREAT work…Pet Suites should be PROUD!!
